Is it safe to pay here?

Yes. Online payments are processed by Wompi, Bancolombia's payment gateway. You enter your card details on their secure page; Kaizen never sees or stores them.

Which payment methods do you accept?

From abroad, PayPal in US dollars. In Colombia: credit and debit cards, PSE, Nequi, Bancolombia button and cash at Bancolombia agents, plus bank transfer, Bre-B key and Efecty or Servientrega money orders.

When do I get my receipt?

If you pay online, you see your receipt right away and can download it as a PDF. If you pay by transfer, Nequi or money order, send us the proof on WhatsApp and we'll send your receipt the same day.

Does it work as an invoice?

The quote, invoice and receipt are payment records. If you need a Colombian electronic tax invoice, request it on WhatsApp with your billing details.
